Our philosophy
|

|
Our puppies are handled from birth and learn that people are warm and comforting. At three weeks or so they are offered food and are called while eating which makes them learn to come when called. Family, friends and 4-H members handle the pups so they learn to accept strangers readily. They are wormed and get their first shot and vet checked at seven weeks and are ready to go to new loving homes at eight weeks. We encourage the puppies to sit when we are petting them and discourage jumping up on people. By starting their puppy manners at three weeks, they get a head start at learning to respond to training and being a great companion.
